The Anax Project was an Ultra research effort aimed at removing the Prime Barrier from Tomorrow People, allowing them to deliberately kill others.[1]
Rationale[]
Jedikiah Price felt that the Prime Barrier was an imperfection, and wanted to create the perfect Ultra agent by giving them the abililty to kill.
Outcome[]
The Project used drugs and other means to overcome the Prime Barrier. Many agents died as a result of the experiments, but only two subjects are known to have survived: Killian McCrane and John Young. In McCrane's case, the process drove him mad, but it succeeded with John. And later a paranormal kill squad and Natalie.
